SMS / Messaging Policy

SMB AI Weekly · last updated 11 July 2026

SMB AI Weekly ("SMB AI", "we", "us") builds websites and 24/7 AI chat assistants for small businesses in the United States. This page explains how we use text messaging (SMS), how you consent to it, and how you stop it at any time.

1. What messages we send

We send text messages to business owners and their staff only in the context of a phone conversation they have had with us, and only to the business phone number they gave us or that is published by the business itself. Our messages are:

2. How you consent (opt-in)

Consent is verbal and given on the phone. During the call our representative asks, in plain words: "Can I text you the link to the demo and the payment link?" We only send a text after you say yes, and we log the date and time of that consent.

If you contact us first — by phone, email or text — and give us your number, that is also consent for us to reply by text about your enquiry.

We never buy phone lists and we never text a number that has not spoken with us. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with the conversation and is typically a small number of messages related to your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to stop (opt-out)

Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting that number immediately. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.

Reply HELP for help, or email daniel@smbaiweekly.com. You can also simply tell our representative on the phone that you do not want texts — we will honour it the same way.

5. Privacy of your phone number

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to communicate with you about your enquiry and the services you asked us about. Information may be shared only with the service providers that make the messages work (for example our telephony provider), strictly for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy.
