SMB AI Weekly ("SMB AI", "we", "us") builds websites and 24/7 AI chat assistants for small businesses in the United States. This policy explains what information we hold, why we hold it, and how you get it removed.

1. What we collect

Business contact details — business name, business phone number, business email, city and public website. These come from publicly available business listings, or from you directly when we speak.
Conversation records — notes, call recordings and transcripts of calls with our representatives, used to serve you and to train our own team.
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, and we never take card numbers over the phone.
Website usage — if we build a demo for you, we record that the demo link was opened, so we know whether to follow up. We do not build advertising profiles.

2. Why we hold it

To contact you about our services, to show you the demo we built for your business, to deliver and support what you buy, and to keep our own records. That is all.

3. Text messages

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to communicate with you about your enquiry, and are shared only with the providers that make the messages work (our telephony provider), strictly for that purpose.

Text messaging consent is given verbally on a call with us, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP. Full detail: SMS / Messaging Policy.

4. Who else sees your data

Only the service providers we need to operate: our telephony provider (calls and texts), Stripe (payments), our email provider, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer, or as long as we have a legitimate reason to contact you about our services. Ask us to delete it and we delete it.

6. Your choices

Ask us what we hold about your business — we will tell you.
Ask us to correct it or delete it — we will, and you will hear from us no further.
Stop texts with STOP; stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any email; or just tell our representative on the phone.
